Johan and Ryan and their crew were amazing. After water damage affected all 3 floors in our home, they promptly showed up and started getting our house back together. There was ceiling, wall, and floor repair work and the crew understood exactly what was needed, while also being respectful of our working-from-home situation during COVID. They were in communication with us at each step and answered our many questions. They stopped by regularly to check on the dehumidifiers and always called before showing up. Ryan and Johan are professional, considerate and we're very grateful to have SERVPRO's help during a tough time. 

Johan van Niekerk called me within 30 minutes of me calling SERVPRO and giving the receptionist the information why I called. He set up a time to come see just what the issue was. Luckily I had a minor moisture from the water leak from the unit above me. Explained everything and told me what I needed to do and that I would not have to file a claim as it was an easy fix. Thank you for your prompt service. You and your team are #1.

They came out cause we had damaged hardwood floors from a dishwasher leak. They always called me- I never had to call them. The communication was on point and my kitchen looks great. Very pleasant company to work with.

Our basement overflowed from a sump pump leak. They handled everything with our insurance company. They were pretty fast getting to my house also.

Very professional. Had an water damage at my house that needed their attention. The guys that came out to my house were neat, well mannered, and respectful of my home. They even had these cool iPads to document absolutely everything which I really liked. Would recommend to anyone who goes through a crisis situation and needs home restoration services

SERVPRO of Pewaukee and Sussex, Ryan and Johann are the best, they are very fast and professional. My Brother-in-law had a major leak in an upstairs bathroom sink that ran all night, it flooded part of the upstairs and ran downstairs. Their demo and clean-up are very respectable neat and clean. They also hauled away all of the damaged drywall and flooring that was damaged. They also have professional equipment to do the job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’d give them ten stars if I could!! My experience with SERVPRO was amazing...I had water damage to my bedroom and bathroom and Johan and Ryan were there quickly setting up fans to dry it out. They took care of my home like they would their own- It truly was amazing. I would recommend them a thousand times over. True professionals!

All I can say is WOW! This crew went above and BEYOND! They were so prompt getting to our house. They were absolute professionals. They were super polite, answered all of our questions, and were very easy to reach and get in touch with. I am just super impressed... our home is even better than before they came!!!
