I have used SERVPRO of Pewaukee and Sussex twice for work my clients needed done. One was water and mold remediation from an unattended and later flooded hot tub room and the second for bio clean up. The customer service was beyond expectations and to my surprise included helping my client move some plants and shoveling her driveway!! The work was prompt, done with care and done correctly. Communication was stellar. This is my only Go To for remediation services. 

Had some blood that needed to be cleaned up. Called these guys and they came out right away. They were friendly and got the job done. Their price was better than the competitors. Great service.

We had a nasty accident and a lot of blood needed to be cleaned up. Johan, Ryan & Mike were on site within an hour and had everything done in the same day. They answered all my question and even helped me save a lot of money as they recommended me to file a claim with my home owners insurance. I had no idea that they even covered that. They made the whole experience fluent & fast, and that’s exactly what we were looking for. Would highly recommend them.

Just wanted to leave this review cause we unfortunately had a bio cleanup that needed to get done. They worked with our insurance company and were very responsive. The smell was just horrific..you couldn’t even step into the house. When they were all said and done, it was as if nothing even happened.
